Is your child interested in starting in the gym? Perhaps you are wanting to involve your child in fun, group based physical activity? Additionally, you may be interested in boosting your child’s sports performance?
Our qualified, experienced, and vetted trainers will be taking your child through their paces in a low impact, safe gym environment. Your child will experience a fun, supervised introduction to working out in the gym. We will be running 45-minute sweat sessions for kids aged 10-16 years of age.
