I’ve been meaning to write this for ages but Brendon (Physio) is the best I’ve been to. I essentially had a frozen shoulder that I’d been dealing with for a year and thought I’d never surf consistently again. He was so great, the weight program has been incredible and he had a plan for ultrasound assisted injection if needed - which definitely improved things. I have been receiving Physio and using the gym for over a year and truly can’t fault a thing. The staff are welcoming and genuinely care for my health and recovery. Dead set, best gym I’ve been to. Everything from the welcome you get from the girls and guys at the front counter, to brendan and Alex as the Physio’s and then the gym equipment is always meticulously maintained, everything you will ever need for any workout. Love this gym. Friendly and supportive staff, always ready to help you out. Brendon and the team of physio's show the highest level of care and encouragement, whether in an appointment or when they spot you working through your program in the gym or pool. Brendan and his team have been amazing for a gym to have a pool , gym , rehabilitation,  post injuries,, and hard working physiotherapist team and massage its a pleasure to be part of the local community which the village gym accommodates i have been a member of this gym since the doors opened and love the muiltpule functions it supplies as mentioned. Best gym around and has all you need, group sessions, variety of exercise equipment, pool. Great qualified staff who are super friendly with access to the physio and remedial massage professionals is an absolute bonus!
